Current Zoning of the Property:
The 32 acres (MOL) in Levy County on the North bank of the river:
- C-1 commercial zoning 300 feet deep for the portion of the land that fronts Route
40. The property is approximately 900 feet wide from East to West
- The remaining land, including that which fronts the river, is zoned R-1 residential,
